What is your position/title at your current company? How long have you been on the Emerging Professionals Committee?

I am a Senior Assistant Property Manager at Cushman & Wakefield, where I’ve been building my career for the past year and a half. I’ve been part of the Emerging Professionals Committee since September 2023.

What led you to the commercial real estate industry?

Commercial Properties are environments that shape how people work, connect, and thrive. Property Management uniquely blends business strategy, relationships, and day-to-day operations. Once I realized how much impact a well-managed property can have on the people and businesses it serves, there was no looking back!

What has your involvement been like at BOMA?

Aside from being a part of the Emerging Professionals Committee, I’m an Emerging Leader with the best BOMA chapter there is – BOMA New York! Since joining over a year and a half ago, I’ve been deeply committed to chapter outreach. BOMA NY has been instrumental in my professional development, offering resources like webinars, roundtables on critical industry topics, and monthly building tours of iconic commercial properties across the city. Every emerging leader involved gains invaluable opportunities to grow as well as connect with other professionals, and being actively involved with BOMA NY and outreach has deepened my appreciation for the chapter’s impact.

What advice would you give to emerging professionals in the commercial real estate field?

Believe in the values and mission of the company you work for. For me, believing in Cushman & Wakefield’s values—such as integrity, respect, collaboration, and trust—inspires me every day to excel in my role. When you work for a company that shares your priorities, it empowers you to perform at your best, reach your full potential, and makes work a lot more fun!

If you were trapped on an island and could only eat one food, what would it be?
Sweet potatoes! They can be eaten in so many different ways and they’d give me energy and help keep me healthy while figuring out how to get off the island.
