When you participate in BOMA International’s Decarbonization Challenge with us or our sub-contractors —whether on our websites, on our mobile apps, or at BOMA International events — we will collect certain business information related to the energy use of your assets (Buildings). This information may also be collected, with your permission, through EnergyStar Portfolio Manager.

How we use your information

We use your building and business information to support the development of data sets demonstrating aggregate carbon reductions in the commercial real estate industry. We will never disclose information about individual participants, nor share information with any other parties about individual participants, nor disclose information to other business partners. Collected data will only be used to develop industry aggerate data related to energy use and associated carbon reductions unless otherwise requested or specifically permitted by participants.
