Kjersten Jaeb, RPA, LEED GA, Vice Chair
Kjersten Jaeb, RPA, LEED Green Associate, is Vice President - Asset Management, Outpatient Medical for Healthpeak Properties, a publicly traded healthcare REIT. Kjersten oversees teams in the Midwest and Northeast, with a portfolio comprised of 4.2MM square feet in 8 states. She has been an active BOMA member at the local (BOMA Greater Minneapolis), regional (Midwest Northern) and international level, including most recently serving on BOMA International’s Executive Committee from 2021-2024, when she was sworn-in as Vice Chair of BOMA International. Kjersten and her husband Tom have three children and live in Minneapolis, MN; when not working or volunteering with BOMA, they enjoy golfing, DIY-projects, and cooking.
