BOMA/BOMI offers a series of ShortCourses to provide just-in-time education on the topics you need the most.
BOMA International Annual Conference & Expo
All programs at the BOMA International Annual Conference & Expo qualify for RPA, FMA, SMA, CPM, CCM, and ARM renewal and continuing professional development credits. Some sessions also qualify for the continuing education credits required for real estate license renewal in states that allow self-submission. You must scan your conference badge at the end of each session to receive a completion certificate.
Some sessions qualify for GBCI Continuing Education hours for LEED credential maintenance and NEEC’s Building Operator Certification (BOC).
Medical Real Estate Conference
All sessions at BOMA’s Medical Real Estate Conference qualify for RPA, FMA, SMA, CPM, ARM, and CCM renewal and continuing professional development credits. Sessions in the Design track are eligible for AIA Learning Units (LU).
Foundations of Real Estate Management Course

BOMA 2024 for Office Buildings Seminar
Designed to give participants a basic understanding of the latest BOMA Office Standard and its application in today’s environment, this webcast covers the new updates and five basic steps used to correctly apply the 2024 Office Standard. The panel is made up of experts in the field and the authors.
This three-hour course is eligible for three American Institute of Architects (AIA) Learning Units.
