David is a real estate technology and IT guru as well as a seasoned sales professional with extensive entrepreneurial experience. At Yardi, he works closely with the sales team to help customers understand the fit between their business needs and Yardi’s solutions. Prior to Yardi, he was the CTO for two property management companies as well as the CTO and co-founder of a software company that provided an online communication platform for residential property managers. He worked in the wireless industry for several years at a company called Telephia that specialized in competitive marketing intelligence and network quality assessment. He is also the founder and CEO of Availeron Consulting, an IT services firm specializing in supporting property management companies.
David’s greatest skill in life is explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical people in a manner that is approachable, interesting and understandable. When he’s not working, you can find him skiing, rock climbing, racing his Tesla and generally being awesome.
