The challenge for every association is to stay ahead of the changing marketplace and evolving member and customer needs. BOMA International’s 2025 Winter Business Meeting will bring together BOMA leaders and property professionals from across the country to share ideas and learn from one another.  Your involvement is critical in helping to shape the future of BOMA and the commercial real estate industry. With the collective knowledge and dedication of our members, we will overcome whatever challenges come our way to advance a vibrant commercial real estate industry through advocacy, influence and knowledge.

Hotel
The 2025 Winter Business Meeting will be held at the Grand Hyatt Indian Wells. BOMA has arranged a discounted group rate of $339 (includes resort fee) + tax. The discounted rooms will be available to registered attendees until December 30, 2024, or until the BOMA room block sells out (whichever occurs first).

Golf Tournament

A pre-conference golf tournament will be held on Thursday, January 23 on the beautiful Celebrity Course at the Indian Wells Golf Club, adjacent to the Grand Hyatt.  Proceeds from the tournament will be donated to the BOMA Foundation’s J. Michael Coleman Scholarship Fund.  The tournament will begin with a shotgun start at 12:15 pm.  The fee is $350 per player.  You may sign-up as an individual or a foursome when you register to attend the Winter Business Meeting.

Prizes will include Winning Foursome, Longest Drive, Closest to the Pin, and don’t miss out on your chance to win the $10,000 Prize Hole-in-One Contest!
