Annapolis, Maryland, August 6, 2026 – Building Owners and Managers Institute (BOMI) is pleased to announce the election of three new Board of Trustees members representing all commercial real estate industry segments. The elections occurred at BOMI’s Spring Board Meeting on May 7, 2026.
“The commercial real estate industry continues to evolve at a rapid pace, and BOMI remains committed to equipping professionals with the knowledge and skills they need to lead through change,” said BOMI Chair Jonathan “JJ” Jones, MBA, MS SCM, General Manager, Dallas/Fort Worth, FIRST ONSITE. “Our new board members bring a wealth of expertise, diverse perspectives, and strategic leadership that will strengthen our ability to deliver industry-leading education, career development, and credentialing programs. I look forward to working alongside this exceptional group as we continue to elevate the profession and support the individuals who shape the future of the built environment.”
The following members of the Executive Committee were elected at the Spring Board Meeting for a two-year term:

- Immediate Former Chair: Andrew Taylor, RPA®, MBA, Vice President of Property Management, Pacific Elm Properties, LLC.
