BOMA International’s 2026 Winter Business Meeting and National Issues Conference is where BOMA members gather to address the challenges facing the commercial real estate industry. It’s a unique opportunity to network with industry peers and meet with lawmakers on Capitol Hill to influence decisions that will advance our businesses, industry, and association. Whether you’re learning about the latest issues and trends at a session, making valuable new business contacts at a luncheon or social event, or meeting with your elected representatives on Capitol Hill, participating in this conference will give you the edge you need to succeed.
Registration
The registration fee is $795 and includes all business meetings, receptions, breakfasts, and lunches, as well as preparation for Capitol Hill visits where BOMA members will bring commercial real estate’s message to their elected representatives in the U.S. Congress.

The Winter Business Meeting and National Issues Conference will take place at the Westin DC Downtown Hotel, located at 999 9th Street NW in Washington, DC. A discounted room rate of $319/per night is available to registered BOMA Attendees. This special rate is available until January 2, 2026, or until the room block sells out, whichever occurs first.
