Founded in 1907, The Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) is a federation of U.S. local associations and global affiliates. As the leading trade association for commercial real estate professionals for more than 100 years, BOMA represents the owners, managers, service providers and other property professionals of all commercial building types—including office, industrial, medical, corporate and mixed-use. BOMA’s mission is to create and advance a vibrant community of real estate professionals through advocacy, influence and knowledge. Members maximize value for their careers, organizations and assets through events, education, and engagement with local associations.
BOMA Membership Types
There are 85 US associations and 18 international affiliates that offer BOMA memberships, and BOMA Direct is perfect if there is not an association geographically near you.
US Federated Membership
If you own, manage, plan, develop, market or lease one or more commercial properties or provide products and services to the industry in a particular local or regional market, join one of the 86 federated BOMA local associations.
BOMA Direct Membership
CRE professionals without a local BOMA association can still get access to resources, education and other benefits.
National Associate Member
Manufacturers, distributors, and suppliers for commercial real estate can become members, grow their business through promotional opportunities, and gain access to owners, operators, and decision makers in the industry.
International Membership
