Joseph Donovan oversaw and directed the emergency and response for Beacon Capital Partners’ portfolio within the United States. He has worked with 17 real estate management companies to develop and execute emergency and crisis management programs with the goal to minimize the impact of events and to support the local, regional and national public service groups’ needs to respond to events. Mr. Donovan is also the 2013 recipient of the FBI’s Director’s Award for Community Leadership for his efforts to support the rollout of Touchstone in key cities within the United States. Additionally, he is the past Chair for the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) National Preparedness Committee, a position he held from 2008 – 2012.

She currently serves as Business Development Manager for the Washington, DC office, a role she has held since 2002, where she focuses on cultivating client relationships and advancing life safety and security solutions across the region.
Throughout her career, Tracy has earned numerous honors including Allied Universal’s President’s Club, the Mid-Atlantic Top Performer award, and multiple Platinum, Gold, and Silver Club distinctions for outstanding sales achievement. She is also a three-time winner of AOBA’s Advocacy Award, receiving the accolade in 2020, 2021, and 2023.
She is deeply engaged in the security and commercial real estate communities, holding leadership and volunteer roles with organizations such as ASIS, BOMA/AOBA, and IFMA. She has been a BOMA member since 1995 and currently serves as the Vice Chair to BOMA International’s Emergency Preparedness Committee.
Tracy has contributed to industry advancement through initiatives in emergency preparedness, professional development, and community outreach. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Old Dominion University and is an active community volunteer, wife, and mother of three.
